Weather, &, ForecastI’ve run out of rains inside of me & Crushed into skylines internally. I converse with the horizons, Foliage, & considerations of springs. I hear & I heart. I concern & I understand. I own verses & I break Them. Along the sunlight Glazed street, I’m looking for fossils of the past & Future in pebbles. I study them & I shadow, too. I put them At the end of life’s equation. – Never enough & never equal – I am prospecting for hope. So I ask for veins, I ask for roots, I ask for transportation of Landslides, earthquakes & storms. When I lose sleep at night, I take attendance of clouds & Stars, I accompany the Presence of darkness. I stretch to fit in the gap of light. I deep & I shallow. I flow. & On the edge of the dark-ful silence, Trees & owls invite me in. With them & the light’s ghost, I sing, shout & I howl also. I sketch punctuations On the forest floor: question marks Submitted for life & Ellipsis designed for fall. – In those beautiful seasons I comma, I period, I noun & I verb, Till the thorns in my eyes & My languages are clean. Then I dirt & I polish. Slowly, Delicately, accumulatively, I smog, I snow, I star & I soil; I rise & I rose – I’m dashes and flowers When I witness the sky fall.
